The Rightpoint QA team is continuing to grow and we are looking for individuals who have a deep understanding of QA processes, tools and technology and who are also passionate about working with clients.

What You'll Be Doing and the Impact You'll Make:

  • Take proactive, expert ownership of Quality Assurance role on client and internal projects 
  • Knowledge of design, write and code automated tests to validate applications
  • Knowledge of creating scripts in Java Selenium, Appium, Cypress or other automation tools
  • Experience in Content Management System (CMS) testing 
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) testing 
  • Author and execute both manual and automated test plans, test cases, and/or test scripts required to validate solutions 
  • Contribute to the design and development of automated solutions for Sanity, Regression and Functional Testing for various repeatable tests
  • Support integration of automated test scripts with DevOps CICD pipeline
  • Partner closely with the development teams to replicate and resolve issues 
  • Work closely across all capabilities (e.g. Technology, Project Management, User Experience/Creative, etc.) to ensure that all quality assurance requirements are defined and properly documented 
  • Assist in reviewing and refining existing QA process, controls, and best practices 
  • Act as a strong advocate for quality and share QA knowledge to other team members within the company 
  • Ensure all projects meet both functional and non-functional requirements and map to QA test cases 
  • Help QA Architect establish and evolve QA processes, ensuring that the team is using QA best practices 
  • Conduct all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met 
  • Advanced level of understanding of automation testing frameworks and technology
  • Advanced level in writing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases 
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure Devops, or similar bug and issue tracking solutions 
  • Hands-on coding experience in JAVA Selenium and/or other automation tools
  • Experience in cross device/cross OS version testing of native mobile applications  


What We'd Love to See
:

  • Expertise in various forms of software testing: functional, automated and non-functional testing – regression testing, performance testing, etc. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenarios 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients 
  • Experience testing native mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • Advanced understanding in QA process (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and approaches 
  • Experience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/emulation tools is a plus 
  • Experience in contributing to building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Experience with Blazemeter/JMeter/load testing tools, and performance testing tools a huge plus 
  • Experience with testing beyond functional (e.g. Web Accessibility, security, etc.) a plus
