Job Description The Architecture and Engineering group serves all aspects of the business, providing premier software development solutions and services used as the foundation for technology development. As an Automation Tester you will support Fraud Risk application teams achieve highest level in quality and drive continuous testing. You will play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required to help teams improve speed and stability. This role will work in partnership with Technology leaders and teams to resolve critical issues. The successful candidate will define, design and develop test tools and solutions in collaboration with others to provide a blueprint for successful resilient applications. You will help accelerate modernization efforts with focus on delivery of secure and compliant software across the organization. In your role you will be responsible to provide expert consultation and guidelines to tech leads and teams
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • 3-5+ years' of relevant experience as a Software Developer, software Developer in Test.
  • 3+ years of experience in Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Spring Boot, Soap & Rest APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience with Non-Functional testing (Performance, Resilience, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of BDD / TDD - Behavior Driven Development/ Test Driven Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to run POC's and evaluate tools and create solutions for common friction points.
  • Hands-on experience to automate regression and functional test cases.
  • Automation and Manual testing responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating, and promoting, automated testing, standard methodologies, and guidelines for enterprise applications.
  • Good to have experience with API Test Automation and React.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques focused on testing.
  • Experience in collaborating in agile development methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Good knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
  • Capable of conducting Functional and Regression test review sessions and provide tailored guidance to teams.
  • Experience in assessing and assisting teams with Test frameworks design, documentation, management, and quality.
  • Strong problem solving and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy for delivery teams and a passion for improving both productivity and experience for engineering teams.
  • Exceptional presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on different priorities on tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture.
