Job Description As a senior leader in QA Management and Test Automation Engineering, you'll lead high-performing teams in envisioning complex projects and solutions with broad and lasting implications and own responsibilities to support various initiatives associated with transformation and strategic projects. This prominent Quality Manager position provides leadership and guidance for the department, works to improve core processes, and manage projects. You will accept ownership of ensuring the staff is developed in all quality assurance functions and you will also work to develop a clear understanding of the business and technical aspects of the quality assurance function in order to support the entire organization.
Responsibilities:

• Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills while leading the Quality department toward company goals and objectives
• Identify areas of continuous improvement within the quality department and in the Quality Management System
• Provide development and training of the Quality team as well as other departments in all areas of Quality
• Develop goals for the Quality department based on company objectives and ensure achievement

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 - 15 years of Quality Engineering management and business analysis experience in Agile operating model
• Expert knowledge in business processes across lines of business and technology disciplines
• Strong experience in defining and executing on test strategy, test cases, test data management, defect metrics, defect leakage
• Deep knowledge in quality engineering and testing across diverse technologies including distributed, mid-range and mainframe
• Mainframe - COBOL, CICS/DB2/VSAM/MQ and Mid-Range - Tandem/HP Non-Stop
• Distributed - Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, microservices, APIs, AWS/Private Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes
• Messaging Protocols: Kafka, IBM MQ' Active MQ, RESTful HTTP
• Database Knowledge: DB2, Oracle and/or MySQL; distributed database and NOSQL is a plus
• Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Powermock / Mockito, Gherkin, Cucumber, Karate, Selenium, Mutation Testing
• Ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
• Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
• Payments in Banking domain is a plus
