As a QA Architect, you will be working closely with our product teams and embedded test engineers to design our overall test automation strategy and how it fits within our software development lifecycle. You’ll be setting the roadmap on how we can raise the quality bar across the organization. 

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Shift testing left in the software development process with a focus on maintaining a high bar on customer reported defects and acceleration organization velocity 
  • Develop and track metrics across the organization that measure quality
  • Design and implement release process improvements
  • Work closely with test automation engineers to shorten the feedback loop 
  • Lead in definition and implementation of direction on automation techniques and adherence to industry best practices
  • Drive further adoption of security testing into automated testing 
  • Develop performance testing methodology, tools and adoption
  • Organize education and training to level up testing practices 
  • Partner closely with test engineers in standardizing release pipeline steps across many projects.

What You Bring to Reify Health

  • A strong change agent who leads understands that change impacts people, its not just about technology
  • Years of experience with test automation frameworks and best practices
  • Experience constructing test plans and executing against these plans across unit level, regression, system, integration, functional, stress and load testing.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  • Influential communication skills and able to make an impact with multiple departments
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders in Engineering and Product
  • Experience assessing an organization’s test automation maturity level and forming an improvement plan with successful execution.
