Republic is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to play an integral part in building and scaling our revolutionary investment platform.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with an Engineering Pod to support product build and roadmaps through our SCRUM SDLC
• Assist our current QA team in performing manual QA on all our Republic products
• Optimize our current QA process and spearhead automating tests
• Analyze and adapt acceptance criteria and design specs to develop comprehensive test plans
• Keep test cases and automations up to date as products evolve over time
• Find, document, and assist in correcting issues
• Perform manual acceptance and regression tests to confirm issue resolutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience on mobile and web applications
• Experience using QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• You have experience working as a part of a team with Product, Project Managers, stakeholders, designers, Q/A, and other Engineers

Our ideal candidate:

• You are comfortable generating Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases
• You are adaptable, and able to apply your skills across a variety of use cases
• You enjoy hunting out bugs and working with the team to identify the cause
• You can interact with APIs and write basic SQL queries
• You have a basic understanding of various web development technologies such as Ruby and ReactJS
• You are always learning new things and are excited to dive into new projects and new technologies
