The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing a deep understanding of local markets for our customers, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

CX Enterprise Sales is the organization accountable for global sales into the verticals of the Energy, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Transportation and Logistics industries.

Private wireless emerges in all these verticals and offers a major growth opportunity for CX Enterprise. A winning driver in our go-to-market is for our partners and their customers to experience our private wireless solutions beyond slideware through rapid Proof-of-Concepts (POC).

What you will learn and contribute to

As a POC Engineer for Enterprise Partner Sales, you will build and scale the regional capabilities for rapid POCs:

• Develop the regional POC practice to ensure we can support partners with rapid POCs in a standardized approach for repeatability and scalability
• Lead rapid POC projects to ensure we meet success criteria and help drive conversion of opportunities to a win
• Lead the enablement of targeted partners to develop their own POC capability including helping with the acquisition of the correct equipment, training on how to use the equipment, developing templates for customer outputs/proof points, and supporting the first few POCs

Responsibilities

• Implementation of a regional rapid POC practice following guidance of global program. This includes among others:
• • Management of reusable POC equipment and inventory with standardized configurations to be used with partners and customers
  • Development of standardized templates defining the relevant test cases and standardized tooling that can be reused by use case/segment
• Planning, alignment, and preparation of specific rapid POCs including the definition of test plans and specification of test cases together with partners and customers
• Execution of rapid POCs with partners and customers with corresponding documented outputs including use case demonstrations, test case execution (e.g., coverage, throughput, latency, etc.), as well as simple feasibility studies for device and application interoperability testing
• Development of special focus on optimization of industrial wireless use cases with stringent reliability and availability requirements
• Postprocessing of rapid POCs including test case report creation

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Excellent 4G / 5G technology skills
• Excellent skills for test and validation planning
• Good knowledge of Nokia private wireless solutions for campus (NDAC and MPW-S)
• Good knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethercad, TSN) and related procedures
• Capacity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
• Familiarity with industry verticals and general enterprise market (e.g., competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs, etc.
• Commitment to results and can-do attitude
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict
• Strong ethics and integrity

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and webscale market
• Effective communication style, open mind, collaborative approach
