Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Specialist - Robotic Process Automation Developer in Atlanta, GA to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards. Provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications. Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Maintain, test, and integrate application components. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Demonstrate an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry. Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Suggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations. Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Provide leadership and guidance to other technical professionals.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience: working with Business Owner and PM to define workflow and stories; working with complex API's and designing robust stored procedures defining current state processes and identify where automation will be feasible and desirable; working with QA testing team to translate final groomed stories and workflow into automated testing; working with QA team and PM to identify, repair, and assist QA to retest; performing unit testing utilizing associated test rail via the developed smoke test cases undertaking load and regression testing techniques; and working in Agile environment to perform the required automation, maintaining quality standards, and aiding the QA team to perform tests. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree is the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
