What Tech Cash Holdings does

The Tech Cash Holdings Team is responsible for numerous custom-built applications, used daily by our home office associates, 15,000+ branch teams and clientsfor various banking activity. We are seeking an exceptionally talented person to innovate and collaborate with our team to generate creative ideas that will continue taking these applications to the next level.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Branch Team systems utilizing required technologies such as :
• Java/J2EE
• Javascript / Query
• JSP
• HTML/CSS
• WebLogic
• Spring/Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Batch
• DB2 and/or ORACLE
• Testing frameworks - JUnit
• Code Mgt - Github,
• Translate business requirements into system design, work directly with Business Analysts on requirements, prepare detailed technical specs, and provide estimates
• Provide system support, including On Call rotation, troubleshoot, and resolve
• Responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to ensure availability of our systems and complete moderately complex program assignments
• Assist with defining and meeting business requirements

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science preferred or related work experience
• Academic background in Java application development, ideally supplemented with industry experience or Internships
• 1-2 years of experience in IT/Java strongly preferred
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD or Agile practices and processes
