About the Role:
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for building custom user interfaces and advanced product
rules that automate the design/quote process. You will be developing a fully integrated solution with
advanced configuration and pricing algorithms solving customer's issues and helping them reach their
goals.
What You'll Do:

• Understand the customer's business requirements and translate their needs into solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom configurator user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain advanced product configuration rules and advanced pricing algorithms.
• Traveling to customer sites to learn about potential customer products & business processes.
• Working with IT & engineering teams at customer sites to improve existing quote & design processes
• Technical support.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in taking complex customer and product concepts and developing solutions.
• Familiar with remote work environments and capable of working in a virtual office environment.
• Strong experience with at least 1 programming language (examples: javascript, C#, VB.NET).
• Must be comfortable speaking to customers both over the phone and in-person.
• General knowledge of enterprise level software systems like ERP & CRM.
• Must have a genuine interest in solving complex process problems for manufacturing companies.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal and presentation skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• CAD systems like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, PTC Creo.
• Experience automating CAD models with macros or any other CAD automation technology.
• Working with manufacturing companies.
