Job Description

Summary:

We are working on the verification and validation, software and system quality assurance of one of the most advanced medical devices in the market today. Our work makes a daily impact on the lives of many patients around the world. Our team makes sure that our products are well made and of high quality. We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join our Product Test Engineering (PTE) team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in system PTE activities for the verification & validation of software and systems in an advanced medical device equipment environment.
  • You will engage in system PTE activities for the verification & validation of software and systems
    • Develop test cases and procedures.
    • Execute test protocols.
    • Write and improve Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
    • Perform V&V work using state of the art testing and test automation tools.



Qualifications

a. Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), or equivalent mixture of education, training and experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



b. Preferred:

  • Experience working with test management tools.
  • Specific, relevant experience in an FDA guided, medical device environment.
