Job Description:
As a Product Engineer on Emerging Memory you will be tasked with a large variety of tasks on the process and product development for an emerging technology. The job includes interfacing with, technology development, design, QRA and the business units. You will use your expertise to validate and steer the direction of next generation memory technology. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, able to think creatively and work in a team environment.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Debug and identify root cause and failures in design and process issues
• Utilize simulation and bench work to debug problems
• Analyze probe and backend test data
• Bench debug including electrical failure analysis
• Develop methodologies for testing and qualification on new memory technologies
• Feedback to design on testing methods
• Feedback to Technology Development process teams

Preferred Skills/Education:

• 0-2+ years semiconductor industry experience
• Relevant BS/MS/PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer engineering or physics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• VLSI knowledge and Cadence experience
• CMOS process experience
• CMOS qualification experience
• General programming knowledge
• General DRAM knowledge
