The Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) division of Raytheon is seeking a Production Support Engineer with experience in production program support. We are looking for candidates to provide technical support within teams that collaborate and coordinate with Suppliers, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and
integration. This position will reside in RI&S Engineering in the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) department that supports the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Mission Area.
Required Skills:
Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting electrical hardware
Experience collaborating in a team environment across multiple functions and/or engineering disciplines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to execute in fast-paced work environment
Customer-focused attitude
Program related travel once per month minimum
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting Production and/or Test of electrical sub-systems in a manufacturing environment
Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting at the system to WRA/LRU/Sub-system level
Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations
Experience participating in cross functional investigations
Experience developing test plans/methodologies
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related technical discipline (preferably Systems, Electrical,
Mechanical, Computer, or Software Engineering)
Due to US government contract requirements sole US citizenship is required. Candidates with dual citizenship will not be considered.
