Job Description
As NVE Managed NAND Process and Methodology Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. you will focus on definition and deployment of mNAND process and methodologies in the whole mNAND organization; you will support compliance of mNAND organization to Micron and Customer quality requirements and support mNAND organization during internal and external audits; you will contribute to DFMEA and 8D, to curricula definition and assignment as well.
Responsibilities and Tasks
P&M Site Coordinator

  • Defining, updating and deploying processes and procedures used for mNAND development
  • Supporting mNAND Development Organization in the quality standard compliance, according


to Micron Corporate quality goals (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF, ASPICE)

  • Supporting mNAND Development Organization both during internal and external audits, gap


analysis and assessments, coordinating the team during preparation for the readiness to this events
and for the closure of possible non conformances/gaps

  • Supporting mNAND Development Organization in the definition of training profiles, curricula


assignment and coverage monitoring

  • Defining and deploying DFMEA approach in mNAND organization, supporting FW/system


DFMEA Core Team Leaders in creating and updating DFMEA for each project

  • Supporting mNAND Development Organization in the 8D analysis for internal and external


Customer issues

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the compliance to ISO/IATF/ASPICE standards


Requirement Management Steward (Jama) - MNAND

  • Provide subject matter expertise for Jama to define and deploy requirement management for


MBU and EBU products.

  • Work with all other extended PDT teams and MBU to deploy Jama to achieve Micron vision of


Vertical Integration and End-to-End traceability.
Development Tools Coordinator - MNAND

  • Channel all the incoming request, work with Central Engineering and key stakeholders within MNAND for


Alignment and publish changes to all MNAND teams.
Data Collection - MNAND

  • Collect data, process, provide key data for all MNAND projects and products.
  • This task includes FPCQS, CCBs and few more.


Process Automation Engineer - MNAND

  • Improve efficiency by automating processes to save time and effort of all teams within MNAND.
