    The Challenge

    Looking to lead top brands in redefining how they create and shape their customer’s experience? The Customer Journey Optimization and Personalization consultant is a client-facing role that will allow you to play a lead role in how businesses can improve their bottom line through the prescriptive application of Adobe's digital experience technologies to drive and inform the optimization of their customer’s experience.

     

    Experience Optimization uses available data, intelligence, and content to determine the right interaction between a brand and a consumer to improve value to the business through the customer experience. The team spans industry-leading solutions that drive marketing success by optimizing and personalizing digital interactions in real-time. In this role, you will not only create a customer journey optimization or personalization strategy but also help advise and develop a roadmap and play a key leadership role in its strategic execution. You will work hands-on with Adobe technologies, collaborating with both Adobe and client resources during the execution of personalization and optimization programs. While not a strictly technical or strategic role, it does require proven experience and comfort executing in both areas.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Work hands-on with Adobe’s technology to deliver strategic execution of personalization and optimization programs.
    • Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client’s digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals.
    • Work hands-on with Adobe’s technology to deliver strategic execution of personalization and optimization programs. Work closely with Adobe’s customer’s Brand, Product, Analytics, Ecommerce, and IT teams to drive roadmap prioritization and best-in-class solution design.
    • Develop and drive a prioritized multi-channel personalization roadmap that enables personalization and segmentation and drives business ROI and delivers personalized customer journeys.
    • Lead customers through benchmarking against competitors, user research, usability studies, and data-driven experimentation to inform the roadmap.
    • Use methodologies such as: A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, display ad targeting, and landing page optimization.
    • Lead face-to-face brainstorming sessions and workshops with partneres in the marketing, technical, and design sides of a client’s business.
    • Build optimization test plans using for A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, and personalization.
    • Analyze large and detailed data sets to make recommendations around follow-up tests.
    • Create wireframes and support customer’s creative production to accomplish testing goals while adhering to a customer’s style guides.
    • Work with Adobe leadership and sales teams to ensure client renewals.

     

    Experience and Skills to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.Have strong mastery of how Adobe’s technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
    • 5-7+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager or comparable products related to personalization, analytics, and CDP/DMPs.
    • Experience with customer journey mapping and orchestration.
    • Must be very comfortable in a client-facing role, speaking publicly to groups, and interacting with executives
    • Proven track record in online marketing, user experience, and/or user interface design.
    • Experience running A/B, multivariate and behavioral targeting tests.
    • You must have a passion for crafting delightful user experiences.
    • Detailed understanding of online marketing and experience analytics.
    • Understanding JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
    • Intermediate/Advanced understanding of statistics. You must love data.
    • Basic understanding of database management and APIs.

     

    Special consideration for:

    • Experience with data science (Python, Scala, or R for large scale data analysis)
    • Experience with machine learning technology

     

    Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

     

    Colorado Starting Salary: $145,500 - $189,000

     

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

     

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
