Job Summary:

Systems Integration & Test Directorate is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Test Equipment & Environments Center (TE&EC). This position will lead a multi-discipline engineering team and review program requirements, contribute to the desired test architecture, generate cost estimates, meet with program managers, coordinate resources, and build and execute to an integrated resource loaded project schedule while reporting Earned Value Management System metrics.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

You will be working in a process driven environment, following procedures and practices established to guide a project through the different phases of test equipment implementation as well as help to design, develop, and integrate RMD test products.

You will drive decisions needed to keep team and project moving, as well as report to risk and opportunity boards where cost, schedule and technical impact needs to be understood and effectively communicated. In addition, you will be expected to mentor other IPTLs (Integrated Product Team Leads)

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), ABET accreditation preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship is required. This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years' experience with the demonstrated ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts across multiple engineering disciplines
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a technical leadership or program management role to include managing schedule and leading senior multi-disciplinary resources to drive innovative solutions and rapid results
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools as well as bid, white paper & proposal experience
  • Experience leading and managing projects over $10 million dollars
  • Experience with requirements, design and analysis in different environments such as development, qualification, production testing
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers to promote skill growth


Qualifications we Value:

  • Master's degree in n Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), ABET accreditation preferred
  • Experience with test equipment design and manufacturing
  • Certified Cost Account Manager
  • PMP certification (Program Management Professional)
  • Ability to apply Model Based Engineering (MBE) development
  • Risk and opportunity management experience

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain security clearance.
