We are responsible for tools and services to manage and streamline all machine learning efforts at LivePerson.  This is an opportunity to shape the way we do data science at LivePerson.  Topics include versioning of large datasets, feature extraction and storage, experimentation tracking, transformation and training pipelines, deployment and large-scale serving of models.  In addition, you will be providing engineering support for ML model development, which includes optimization of ML models for production, architectural oversight of model dependencies and integration with products and services.

In this role you will:

• Lead the design of our internal machine learning platform
• Design, build and integrate systems to manage the full machine learning lifecycle.
• Work closely with data scientists and other teams to optimize training and serving of ML models & services.
• Build effective monitoring systems to keep track of the health of our systems, and alert us to take action before incidents occur.

You should have:

• 8+ years of experience in industry.
• Good working knowledge of Python 3.
• Working knowledge in some popular jvm language (e.g: java, scala, kotlin) is a plus.
• Prior experience with ML engineering or MLOps-related topics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, mathematics or an engineering discipline.
