ADP is hiring a Principal Security Architect for DevSecOps in Pasadena, CA or 100% Remote

In this role, you will provide Security Consulting Services to ADP's development teams to help them improve their cloud-based applications overall security posture.

No two days are the same. As part of an enterprise-level security program for digital products, you will work alongside cross functional teams to enable developers to discover and remediate application security vulnerabilities early during the development stages – emphasizing Security by Design principles.

To thrive in this position, you'll need to be an expert in Development Security operations. You'll also need experience with threat modeling, building dashboards and metrics for assessing the security state of applications and, DevSecOps maturity and effectiveness. The desire to continuously learn and grow to match the speed of change in cloud environments is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Principal Security Architect for DevSecOps at ADP.

  • Work with the Global Security organization and DevSecOps Tools team to evolve a Security by Design culture.
  • Never a dull moment. Application and infrastructure security moves fast. You're a self-starter that keeps current and learns, learns, learns. Take developers from teams across ADP on the journey with you and be an agent of change.
  • You're comfortable working with application development teams to help them improve their overall security posture. Enabling "software, safer, sooner" by automating the secure deployment of software without slowing the software development cycle.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related field is desired. To be successful in this role, you'll have 8 plus years of experience in the same or similar role.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience. You have deep and broad proficiency with DevSecOps, migration of major applications to Cloud and, cloud application and infrastructure security
  • Adaptability. You have the ability to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in scheduling and priorities.

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents
Minimum: $112,000 plus bonus and equity (Colorado only)
Maximum: $ 170,240 plus bonus and equity (Colorado only0
