About the Opportunity

DMI is looking for a PL/SQL Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop highly responsive Java Web Applications and services based on business needs and requirements
for PMM• Strong understanding of databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces )
o Plan and coordinate security measures in code development
o Define indexes for tables
o Manage schema properties
o Define data structures• Develop database application schemas
o Design logical and physical databases and review description of changes to database design to
understand how changes to be made affect physical database (how data is stored in terms of
physical characteristics such as location, amount of space, and access method)• Develop in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud application environment and technology stack• Coordinate with internal teams to understand business and user requirements • Ensure high performance of application and provide support to address performance and stress testing issues• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve defects• Follow automated continuous delivery and deployment practices• Adhere to application architecture design guidelines, patterns and standards

Education:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar

General Experience:• At least two (2) years of experience in at least two of the following disciplines: systems analysis, systems
programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.• At least one (1) year of experience developing applications using advanced technologies, such as Internet
protocols or web-based technology. Technologies include HTML, CGI applications, PERL or Javascript,
and Java.Specialized Experience:• Minimum 3+ years PL/SQL coding experience• Experience with Workload Management (AutoSys)• Excellent skills with SQL (advance queries, tuning)• Experience with shared components and frameworks using PL/SQL• Strong problem-solving skills• Experience working in AWS or cloud computing environment • Experience in building distributed multi-tier applications • Experience in continuous integration (CI) and automated deployment on AWS cloud platforms• Understanding of full-stack development • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
