Job Description:
Position Summary
This role/job will be actively involved in Performance Test Engineering activities for the Enterprise. As a performance tester/engineer, this role entails performing a variety of performance capabilities ranging all the way from NFR collection, down to performance test scripting, test execution, monitoring, analysis, engineering, triage, and results reporting.

Required Skills
Role Requirements: 1. Skilled in performance testing tools, methodologies, and deliverables (experience leading work efforts in all aspects of performance testing including requirements, planning, complex scripting, test harness design, test execution, results analysis) 2. Exhibits triage ownership / leadership ability (ability to own issue resolution, direct triage, drive participation and discussion, execute crisp and effective communications, strong organizational skills) 3. Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts (.NET, Java/JEE, code review, code analysis, architectural/enterprise integration patterns, 3-tier architecture)
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field and/or 12 years IT technical experience.
