PaaS Software Engineer

Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Software Engineer to assist with building a Platform as a Service offering that provides an analytic and development platform that runs on Kubernetes. The system allows users to install and use approved applications, access data sources, and perform custom data analysis in a compliant way. This position will support our Intelligence Division. This position allows for remote work up to 50%, mission dependant. What you will do Candidate will research, implement and mentor the team on cloud native technologies in Kubernetes for building, monitoring and scaling the system; build micro-services implementing system business logic. What you need to have Clearance: Must possess and maintain TS with polygraph Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
