Paxful is searching for an Operations Engineer who will manage production incidents to join our Marketplace Team. This role will to be responsible for product releases support and maintenance. You will be based out of Russia and report to our Director, Engineering.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Manage production incidents, organize RCAs, identify and resolve common issues impacting service operation
- Make code changes, fix bugs in the product code and issue updates
- Write auto tests to extend test coverage based on operations statistics and data, etc.
- Provide L2/L3 support for services provided to end-users - troubleshooting, resolving issues, RCA, software updates, etc.)
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- PHP/JS/React
- PostgreSQL
- Knowledge in Kubernetes
- Linux
- Technical support background / commercial experience
- Basic skills in software development
Target Experience:
- Experience working in technical support
- Experience in troubleshooting, performing RCA & incident management
- Good English skills
- Good Communication skills
