We seek a Operational Senior Systems Engineer with hands on Operational and System Development experience to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team working on a cutting edge program in support of national security objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide Operational, Technical and Engineering Support across all functional areas of a system architecture including:

• Mission Readiness
• Mission Assurance
• System and Subsystem Operations
• Vehicle Engineering
• Tasking
• Collection
• Processing
• Dissemination
• Training

* Cultivate and maintain close working relationships with several development contractors and Government Customers.

* Provide Operational Support to the full program lifecycle including exercises and rehearsals.

* The ability to solve complex challenges

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS//SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Requires a Bachelors and 18 years experience; Master's and 16 years experience; or PhD and 15 years experience
• Must have 5 + years of experience leading operational teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment working with cutting edge technologies
• Must have extensive experience collaborating across numerous DoD and Intelligence Community organizations
• Must have experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
