Mythics is seeking Okta ICAM Engineers to support the migration from a legacy Identity, Credential, and Access Management solution to Okta. Must be able to support hours of operation in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Responsibilities include:

• Configure all aspects of Okta to provide Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management services including Federation and Governance to on-premise and Cloud-based endpoints
• Coordinate with the System Architect and Project Manager to plan and execute integration activities
• Identify dependencies and risks that may affect project timelines
• Compose and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Respond to, troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve reported incidents
• Support Application teams through the SDLC process

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or GC Holder preferred
• Bachelor of Science (BS) preferred and/or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of work experience
• 4+ years of experience with Identity, Credential, and Access Management implementations that include Federation and Governance
• 2+ years of experience with Okta product integrations
• Thorough understanding of Okta Agents, SSO, MFA, AG, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation, SWA, Policies, and Workflows
• Thorough knowledge of Web services and standards (SOAP, REST, SCIM, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of LDAP identity stores (AD, Oracle, Tivoli, etc.)
• Experience with Confluence/JIRA
• Expertise with ITIL processes and Agile development methodologies
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Solid diagnostic, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
• Ability to support hours of operation in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
