Network Security Engineer II

NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER
One of The Select Group's best clients in the Healthcare industry is in the immediate need of a mid-level Network Security Engineer. This role is remote but will require some onsite responsibilities, so we are looking for candidates close to the Marietta/ATL area. This engineer will be assisting with the company's migration from Cisco ASA to Palo Alto firewalls.

NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands on working experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls completing configurations, installs, and administration
  • Any knowledge on firewall migrations is a huge plus!
• Recent exposure to SIEM tools
• Experience troubleshooting layer 2 and layer 3 network issues

NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Responsible for building and maintaining all site to site and remote access VPNs.
• Configured and deployed multiple remote location Cisco ASAs and Palo Alto Firewalls
