CBO - CTO - .Net Azure Development Lead - PDM

Work you'll do

  • Work with application modernization and migration teams to design and modernize legacy platforms to Azure cloud native platform
  • Strong demonstrated development experience in Azure PaaS cloud environments, application & data modernization projects
  • Refactor/Rearchitect and implement applications based on modern cloud design patterns and cloud software development that utilizes cloud computing and services in public, private, and hybrid clouds environments
  • Experience dealing with cloud workloads, application and data architecture, Azure serverless function/application design, micro-services, DevOps
  • Building and configuring delivery environments supporting CI/CD tools using an Agile delivery methodology
  • Delivering end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring and infrastructure management in a cloud environment
  • Providing knowledge of container management tools (e.g. Docker), Kubernetes container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code (e.g. ARM, Ansible, Terraform), and have familiarity with modern build experience tools and cloud integration systems
  • Implementing build, deployment and monitoring standards for the client
  • Understand static code analysis, unit testing and test-driven development, security testing and automated test frameworks
  • Understand object-oriented programming (i.e. emphasis in .NET/Java) and have familiarity with source control systems (emphasis on Git)
  • Leveraging cloud native services to drive innovation and increases speed to market in the software development life cycle

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Travel up to 10% annually
  • Limited Sponsorship may be available
  • 5 years of overall development experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of development experience with: .NET Core, ASP.NET/C#
  • Experience with the following required: Specflow, We Services, WebAPI, SOAP, JSON, XML
  • Experienced with UI Frameworks: Razor, Angular, React
  • Experienced with the following Security and Vulnerability Tools: CheckMarx, Blackduck, Sonarcube, Qualys, Twistlock, Qualys WAS
  • Experienced with the following Azure Services: Containers / AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Service Bus, Load Balancer/App Gateway/Web Application Firewall, API Management, Azure Storage, KeyVault
  • Experienced with Agile/DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, PowerShell, YAML, SaFe Agile methodology
  • Experienced with Database/Data: Azure SQL MI/Databases, Azure Data Migration and Analytics tools: Synapse, Data Factory
  • Experienced with Security/Identity: Azure Active Directory/Identity Management, MSAL, OKTA, JWT
