Job Description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a talented NBIS DevOps Tester candidate to support cybersecurity efforts required for IT communication systems and software test and evaluation. The candidate will conduct DevOps Testing in an agile environment, and perform data collection, data analysis, and reporting.

Duties

• Experience in applying policies and test engineering methodologies to test systems, and must have experience with documenting test plans, procedures, and analytical results
• Conduct end-to-end testing, functional, acceptance testing, and develop test cases
• Programming and testing with Selenium
• Using and developing automation testing frameworks
• Ability to function under limited supervision while supporting a full range of responsibilities
• Interfacing with/presents briefings to Government and Contractor personnel
• Performing a variety of operational assessments, and translating requirements into testable measures
• Performing data authentication and data analysis
• Developing documentation for test plans, procedures, and analysis results
• Working in an Agile testing environment, and regularly in a laboratory environment
• Using Selenium for programming and testing, and JIRA on a regular basis
• Writing test plans, reports and updating automation frameworks

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Master's degree and at least 8 years of experience; or
• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience or
• One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master's degree.
• Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization. Additional certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience.

Required Experience:

• Experience with translating requirements into testable measures
• Experience with conducting user tests
• Must have experience in an Agile development or testing environment.
• Must have experience with Selenium programming and testing.
• Must have writing proficiency.
• Experience with documenting test plans, procedures, and analysis results
• Experience with assessing various systems.
• Experience in scenario- based testing.
• Experience using and modifying automation frameworks.
• Experience in functional and acceptance testing.
• Experience in developing test cases.
• Experience writing test plans and technical documentation
• Proven ability to work well within a team and to do other duties as assigned.
• Proven ability to work regularly in a laboratory environment for extended periods of time.

Additional Requirement:

• Ability to travel in for NBIS testing and meetings
• Ability to work in a Hybrid work environment

Required Certification:

• Minimum CompTIA Security +, optional: CASP, or CISSP

Required Clearance:

• Active Secret
