In this position, you will have an exciting opportunity to research and develop best-in class NAND technologies and products in the world!
You will be responsible for developing process and architecture solutions, to overcome NAND memory technology scaling challenges.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Propose and study process experiments to improve intrinsic device capability.
  • Develop advanced device characterization methods to accelerate cell development learning cycles.
  • Utilize engineering lab test stations to design, implement and analyze experiments to strengthen fundamental NAND cell understanding.
  • Analyze cell performance and reliability data collected across automated test platforms, including live array and scribe test structures.
  • Collaborate effectively with process, integration, reliability, and design teams, to address NAND memory cell deficits and deliver improvement roadmaps.
  • Support the transfer, documentation, and training of the cell fundamentals into manufacturing.


Requirements:

  • M.S or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics or Materials Science Engineering or similar.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and processes.
  • The knowledge of and experience with nonvolatile memories are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods for experiment design and data analysis.
  • Solid communication and reporting abilities.
  • The ability to be highly skilled at driving for results.
