We are currently seeking candidates to join our successful Federal organization as a MS Azure Development Engineer. You will support a dynamic, fast-paced project focused on improving the cyber security posture of civilian government agencies through improved implementation and enhancement of network monitoring and control tools and processes. You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. You will also support the development of additional cyber security offerings focusing on next generation security solutions and technologies. You will be part of a Cross Agency Team (CAT) and will draw on your previous experience as an experienced technologist to implement current solutions, and you will learn and explore new solutions to solve emerging problems for the customer.

This role can be 100% remote.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support a team of cyber security Engineers in developing, analyzing and maintaining tools that support processes for the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program.• Analyze the current technological solution set and provide guidance to improve the solution; assisting the team's strategy and approach to solution development and implementation.• Identify and assess customer information technology infrastructures regarding architecture, platforms and overall security posture.• Draft critical analysis for requirements and functionality. • Provide functional systems analysis, design, integration and implementation and solve exceptionally complex problems that need cybersecurity knowledge.• Work with data integration across multiple products to include scripting, data management and product integration.• Provide Azure Active Directory management.• Provide support for Identity and Access Management in Azure.• Provide Azure Infrastructure Management, including infrastructure as code.• Provide support to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including CA management and issuing server and client certificates.• Provide SQL Server database administration, optimization and development using multiple flavors of SQL Server, including Azure RDS.• Provide C# development with emphasis on back end activities and object oriented development. • Work with Service Delivery teams in developing agency-specific designs and policies to include working directly with agency technical and security SMEs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of Microsoft-centric experience. (4+ years of experience in lieu of formal degree).• Experience working in an Azure-based environment.• C# development with emphasis on back end activities and significant object oriented development experience, preferably with some architecture background.• Script experience with Python, C# .NET Core, PowerShell and other scripting/interpreted languages.• Experience with SQL queries and building and updating SQL stored procedures.• Experience with multiple Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools.• Data conversion experience to/from any or all of these: CSV, XML, JSON, similar data formats.• Experience with PKI concepts (especially X.509 certificates) and an understanding of HSPD-12 and general FICAM elements.• Good understanding of ports, payloads and protocols.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $86,300 - $112,200*
