Description
SAIC's Space Resiliency Programs is in need of an entry-level to mid-level modeling and simulation analyst with experience using Linux operating systems to support a team of engineers developing and running astrodynamics simulations. Position will architect and maintain high-performance hardware and software to support modeling and simulation compute jobs, with an emphasis on developing strategies to configure system resources to maximize efficiency and performance of users' compute jobs. Position will deploy and orchestrate software containers and will support the configuration of AWS or other cloud computing platforms. Our team has SMEs across a variety of disciplines including physics, math, RF, optics, aerospace, and others working new and challenging problems in the space domain. Our job is to quantify system performance, inform system requirements, and develop CONOPs.
