Mobile Device Tier III Engineer, Junior
Key Role:
Perform security and functional test on secure mobile smartphones and tablets using sound testing principles and a variety of custom and this party tools. Configure devices and operating systems for use on classified systems including issuance and installation of X.509 certificates, and provisioning devices to an enterprise mobile management system. Support the creation of test plans and test reports with the ability to independently present findings to government clients. Provision and harden secure mobile devices as required for high-profile DoD senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience identifying, troubleshooting and developing solutions for IT systems
-Ability to harden mobile devices against DoD guidance
-Ability to follow device provisioning procedures to meet a weekly device quota
-Ability to write and execute client-ready test plans and test case scenarios
-Ability to write and present client-ready test reports
-Ability to perform quality assurance testing against provisioned mobile devices
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-Security+ Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure
-Experience with configuring and encrypting mobile devices and hotspots
-Experience with the latest Mobile Operating System STIGs
-Experience with Mobile Device Management ( MDM ) device controls and security
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of registration authority ( RA ) training and credentials on DoD Public Key Infrastructure
-Bachelor's degree
