Position Responsibilities:

  • This position requires the skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze Product Standards data. Summarizes findings and develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources to support the documentation and configuration management of process and product baselines as standards and standards data
  • Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements
  • Collaborates and contributes to Product Standards Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and improve Product Standards Configuration and Data Management requirements to support population of product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems
  • Contributes to the design and development of data management tools necessary for management and delivery of Product Standards data to downstream systems and Product Standards stakeholder and users
  • Works well with general direction

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 1+ years of experience developing and testing software applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skill/Experience):

  • Experience with standards data management and analytics
  • Experience with product standards tool suite
  • Experience with determining the process to be used to accomplish goals, properly document processes, know how to organize people and activities, understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, and simplify complex processes
  • Experience communicating at the Executive level

Typical Education:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
