Role and Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the project team, meet coding deliverables in line with project release plan
  • Lead teams of .NET developers across one or more projects
  • Drive a culture of Test Driven Development across your project team members. As a senior member of the team, guide, mentor and coach team members on best practices around unite testing, code reviews and documentation
  • Interface with the customer’s IT and business stakeholders as needed
  • Interface with strategic customers. Participate in pre-sales meetings and presentations as needed
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans clearly defining ownership

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Significant professional experience programming, generally 5+ years, primarily working with C# / .NET technologies including Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI 
  • Experienced in Object-Oriented Design and Development (SOLID principles) 
  • Experience working with Azure
  • Ability to implement and consume SOAP or REST services 
  • Demonstrates proficiency in advanced debugging and troubleshooting tools and techniques 
  • Strong database programming skills
  • Previous professional work experience with JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS and/or other related front-end web technologies
  • Experience with unit testing (nUnit, MSTest) 
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, server operating systems and cloud hosting models, able to setup development environment from scratch, and create new CI builds within an established CI pipeline and deploy to established infrastructure 
  • Experience working with the Agile methodology and the SCRUM process 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline desired
