Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect CRM at Kunai (Memphis, TN or Remote)

Over the past decade, we've shipped over 150 products for clients that include Visa, the United Nations, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, and TOMS Shoes. Our founders built a previous agency (Monsoon) that was acquired by Capital One in 2015.
The role of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect involves creating and developing business applications and support functions in alignment with specified business needs and use cases. This position offers a chance to lead the transformation of ERP software management for a medium-sized financial institution, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional business value.
For this role, we cannot provide sponsorship. We require applicants to work in either Eastern or Central time zones.
You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM development related issues, concerns, and needs.
- Build business applications and customize Dynamics 365 forms.
- Provide leadership to implement strategic business objectives with an emphasis on application architecture.
- Manage deployments and configurations.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to further expand our use of Microsoft Dynamics across the organization in accordance with business objectives.
- Effectively translate use cases and requirements into user stories.
- Provide training and documentation.
- Develop solution components: managed/unmanaged solutions, publishers, versions.
- Design form structure using specialized components, access teams, sub-grids, and navigation.
- Implement form customizations for various form types and mobile clients.
- Customize views, charts, dashboards, and themes.
- Manage CRM entity properties and both system and custom entities.
- Configure fields, including properties, calculated and rollup fields, global option sets, alternate keys, and field-level security.
- Utilize entity relationship types, cascading rules, hierarchical data, entity mapping, connections, and connection roles.
- Apply business rules, process flows, and scopes appropriately.
- Design application, technical, domain, and solution architecture, and oversee their implementation.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in developing, delivering, and overseeing the following proficiencies within MS Dynamics 365:
- CRM Applications
- Web Portals
- Online Solutions
- Forms
- Views and Visualizations
- Substantial enterprise-level expertise in implementing and maintaining the foundational CRM infrastructure.
Nice-to-haves:
- JavaScript and C#
- Knowledge of HTML and ASP.NET
- Strong experience with SQL databases
- Power Apps experience, or developing on Power Platform
- Testing and troubleshooting experience
