The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Within CX, marketing has campaign managers and strategists help our customers understand the value Nokia solutions can bring them. To best accomplish this goal, modern marketing professionals depend on tools and data to make and implement proper decisions - ultimately nourishing the pipeline for sales. To the users of the tools, these tools are a "black box" that they can go to for answers for data-based decision making. Within that "black box" are myriad databases, marketing software, processes, and procedures. Nokia has a need for people who understand large company implementations of marketing tool sets and can design implementations, interaction with data systems, and develop and promote appropriate business process flows.

What you will learn and contribute to

The role of the Marketing Technology Architect includes the design, development, and presentation of actionable information to.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Work with marketing offer managers to understand requirements and value propositions - helping them to educate internal stakeholders on our offers and requirements.
  • Make decisions on tools including features needed, implementation details, and interaction with data sources.
  • Learn current business processes associated with getting proper data and promoting new processes needed.
  • Work with a team of IT, contractors, vendors, and internal developers to implement the tools and processes within Nokia.
  • Document all aspects of the implementation
  • Regularly present to various and diverse Nokia customers and partners. These presentations will be done both remotely and face-to-face as needed.



Your skills and experience

You must have:

  • Technical competency to define and implement a modern marketing technical architecture
  • Ability to understand and influence company processes to achieve marketing objectives
  • Ability to work well with others producing a set of defined requirements, influencing those requirements, and then executing to a roadmap.



It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of best practices for modern data-driven marketing at companies like Nokia.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, Marketo, Workfront, and similar tools.
  • Project management and ability to build a plan and execute in a technical environment.
