About You:

- You are familiar with Industry 4.0 concepts and frameworks including Pharma 4.0, RAMI, and IIoT
- You are a technical leader with experience in technical/engineering project management

What experience and skills do I need?
- 10+ years of experience with developing, implementing, deploying and supporting manufacturing or industrial operations systems including MES, LES/LIMS, WMS, QMS, SCADA, PCS/DCS, Historians, EMI, or EAM/CMMS.
- Familiarity and have practical experience with industry standards related to manufacturing operations including ISA-95, ISA-88, MESA, B2MML, PackML, etc.
- Practical experience in integration of shop floor systems to ERP including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, QAD, etc.
- Experience in manufacturing integration technologies and standards including OPC, MTConnect, MQTT
- Practical experience in operational excellence practices and methods including Lean and 6 Sigma.
- Proven track record in implementation of technology for industrial operations with strong technical project management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 20% of the time. (not required during COVID)
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding the overall design of a customer’s solution within the scope of a project, and the technical adoption of Tulip within a site and beyond.
- Evaluate use cases, understand the customer’s readiness and digital maturity, and estimate the efforts required.
- Work customers to understand current state and define desired future state
- Work with customers to define proposed Tulip solutions
- Train and guide partners in designing solutions with Tulip
- Conduct workshops for use case discovery and prioritization.
- Work with Sales Engineering in pre-sales to provide guidance from a technical perspective.
- Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes
