Manager, Application Engineering
The Manager, Application Engineering will lead and manage the Enovation Controls North American Application Engineering Team.
This position is a Safety Sensitive position.

Requirements
Key Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation and organize daily activities of the Application Sales Engineering group, focusing on gaining market share and revenue growth.
- Develop Strategic initiatives to grow and expand the Application Engineering responsibilities across the organization.
- Hold Applications team accountable for test plans, test data, and customer follow ups.
- Provide guidance in the development and integration of systems into customer applications.
- Manage customer projects from all technical aspects including hardware and software.
- Assist in design and provide input regarding application of products both at Enovation Controls and the customer level.
- Provide support for testing products and integration techniques and communicating to all levels of technical ability both internally and externally.
- Support the sales team to market equipment and solutions to target markets.
- Provide internal and external application training as needed.
- Advise quality assurance supporting creation and updates to relevant documented procedures and work instructions.
- Recommend new/existing technologies to solve the complex problems presented by the customers.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred but not required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Engineering and Application experience including experience with test plans, test data, customer follow-ups.
- Vehicle manufacturing experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of engines and engine controls
- Experience in successfully managing projects and customers in a technical manner
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a strong work ethic
- Ability to operate a wide range of mobile and recreational vehicles
