Work you'll do

• Ability to define and document architecture for tech implementations leveraging supporting BPM technologies
• Demonstrated ability to understand the long-term "big picture" while addressing short-term needs
• Ability to architect complex Appian solutions
• Outstanding analytical and technical skills
• Expertise in business process modeling & optimization techniques including orchestration of modeled process through a workflow application

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development
• 3+ year related experience working in Appian
• 2+ years of experience in an architect role, defining the solution architecture on large and complex initiatives
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

• Appian Level 3 Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
