Come join the Security, Research and Development Team as a Senior Development Manager (M2). You will be leading very important and critical services in compliance area for delivering customer experiences and growth.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 5 plus years' experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• Experience in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 10 years of hands on software development experience
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applications
• 5+ years of professional working experience delivering production-ready code
• Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services
• Skilled in software development lifecycle processes and experience with scrum, agile and iterative approaches

Desired Skills

• Practical experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies, container management systems such as Docker, Kubernetes etc
• Prior working experience in building developer centric APIs for cloud services highly desired
• Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS highly desired)
