The opportunity

• We'll shape the future of ML powered experiences by building the infrastructure of Adobe Experience Platform to enable our customers to score users across the web using their own models
• You'll be exposed to groundbreaking ml technologies, from Adobe as well as our customers
• This team works on Real Time Machine Learning to enable Adobe's customers to have their own ML models to manage their users and provide them with the optimal customer experience
• Lead a team of 5 or so direct reports
• Partner closely with our Product teams, Data Scientists, and multiple stakeholders

What you'll do

• Manage a team of distributed highly skilled multi-functional engineers
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, researchers, and product managers to implement AI/ML solutions into Adobe Experience Platform
• Engage with customers to understand and anticipate their ML needs
• Partner with other teams at Adobe to align on priorities and drive your projects forward
• Scale systems and deal with infrastructure

What you need to succeed

• Computer Science / Software Engineering Degree or 7 years of equivalent practical experience
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Machine learning algorithms
  • Scikit-learn experience
  • Spark
  • Kubernetes
  • ML flow / Kubeflow
  • AWS or Azure
  • SaaS
  • TensorFlow
• 3 years prior years management experience
• Know when to be pragmatic and when to be principled
• Be a champion for your team and focus on growing their skills and careers
