We are seeking a Systems Architect to support Weapon System Open Architecture (WOSA) implementation on a missile program IRAD team.

This position will be responsible for leading the System Level Architecture efforts as well as interfacing with the lower-level subsystem architectures such as Guidance Control System (GCS), LSE, Software, Algorithms, and Modeling & Simulation.
This position will include:
- Defining the architecture approach and vision for a complex weapon system that integrates work products across functions and IPTs
- Leading the team in development of system-level structural and behavioral SysML views in Cameo EA
- Definition of tolerances and timelines for prime assets and test assets will be a critical task.

The position will also require interfacing with the Requirements team to map architecture to requirements using the DataHub plug-in or similar tools. Interface definition, and interfacing with subject matter experts and end users to assist requirements team in developing requirements for hardware and software specifications,

You should be knowledgeable in the use of Cameo EA to effectively model the system architectureYou will be involved with resolving integration problems from an architectural point of view, organizing and conducting internal Engineering Review Boards, facilitating and conducting internal and external briefings and reviews, and managing action items and customer interface requirements. You will be leading cross-functional organizations to define design requirements and design implementation, all to be documented, integrated, and verified in the course of the development process.

You must have a US DoD Secret Clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.

Basic Qualifications:
You must have a US DoD Secret Clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
Experience with the following tools:
- Cameo EA, Crystal Ball, DataHub, DOORS
- Experience in hardware, software, and firmware for missile systems, including design considerations affecting their integration to meet system requirements
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Desired Skills:
Understanding of architecture linkage to host platform models
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
