You will provide technical expertise as an engineer on an agile development team in the design and delivery of a next generation healthcare data and analytics platform. You are expected to be an accomplished software engineer able to write, understand, and test complex code. You will bring deep experience in data intensive and/or distributed systems to design creative solutions and collaborate with your team. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Manage the quality testing and automation process across project life cycle
  • Analyze project requirements/design/technical specifications to create/maintain test data, create/execute system test cases/regression test bed for large business initiatives
  • Ability to lead QE team and set direction/objectives as and when needed
  • Working with DevOps Engineering and Product Owners in agile setting
  • Communicate Quality Engineering work stream updates to relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Develop/manage process for System/Regression and Automation testing
  • Create Testing metrics and reports for projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Software Testing experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA team lead
  • 3+ years of testing experience with API/RESTFul applications
  • 3+ years of experience with Automation Frameworks like Gerkins, Karate etc.
  • 3+ years of No SQL or Relationship database experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Test planning and Strategy for Data Platforms
  • Working experience with HealthCare data standards like FHIR or HL7, and data sets like Claims, Eligibility etc.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple data sources and variety of data source formats
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
