As The Lead Engineer on the team you'll be tasked with turning our key product initiatives (currently FLSM) from ideas into fully rolled out product lines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a new major product line with team.
• Establish People.ai at the center of every coaching conversation for our customers. Work cross-functionally with Product and Data Science to create and execute on a vision to drive up product usage by building insights people love. 
• Define and led the Applications team to execute on a vision for architecting our Applications infrastructure to achieve a good balance of cost, reliability, and team development velocity. 
• Partner with our Data Science team and our Head of Data Scientist to incorporate a “maniacal focus on data quality” into product development, ensuring we build top-performing data products based on incomplete data. 

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale data-intensive products. 
• Established communication and rapport with key stakeholders in Product, CS, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability designing and building applications for WAU growth.
• Strong sense of customer empathy.
• 5+ Experience as a technical leader for complex products.
