Primary Responsibilities:

• Works closely with E2E solution architects to develop and support applications that satisfy business needs
• Establishes & authorizes best practices in application development and cloud configurations,. Authorizes deviations from standards
• Evaluates technology trends and adapts the right technical stack to enable faster development & hassle-free maintenance in long run. Undertakes and owns technical PoCs
• Work within a CI/CD delivery model on E2E hands on development with team
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions. Performs complex conceptual analyses. Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
• Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
• Mentor, motivate, and inspire other team members
• May lead functional or segment teams or projects

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of full stack application development experience in Java 8 or above using Spring Boot, Restful Web Services/ APIs, HTTP, and front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in building micro-services
• 2+ years of delivering Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) into enterprise platforms
• Experience of messaging services such Kafka, IBM MQ or equivalent
• Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases technologies such as DB2, Postgres, Redis or equivalent
• Experience in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven or equivalent
• Experience of containerization using Docker / Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring other team members
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience working with Node, Python, Spring Cloud Bus
• Experience delivering reusable components, patterns, tools
• Experience on AI/ML modeling, deep learning and Graph database, Graph QL
• Health care experience
• Hands-on experience in Azure configurations & implementation
• Solid understanding of formal architecture, design patterns and best practices
