OptumInsight Technology is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to work on Portal development built using microservices architecture, Java, React, Piral, Cosmos Database and Azure.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Practices and shares best practices at Portal level, sharing ideas with multiple teams
  • Building and configuring applications
  • Ensuring team adherence to project quality standards
  • Assisting with application troubleshooting and debugging
  • Keeping projects on schedule to meet deadlines
  • Writing testable and scalable code for programs
  • Mentoring/coaching
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Java, web application programming
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Experience with Git hub
  • Experience with Jenkin Template Engine
  • Experience with Spring Boot
  • Experience with MySQL
  • Experience with Typescript or Angular

  • React

  • Camunda

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
