Production Control is a Genesys L3 support team in OMNI Channel.
This team is responsible to maintain stability in production environment and work on Outage management and incident handling apart from this end-to-end business process activities related to the ongoing migrations and support of the OMNI/Genesys telephony system across multiple LOB's and also collaborate with Dev team and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers value to the business and ensures a best-in-class customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:

• SME Level Expertise , Product level knowledge
• Innovation mindset, Automation Tools
• Provide support for P1 and P2 issues
• Communication and Outage Management
• Work with L2 resources to get the RCA for P1 and P2 issues
• Update KT for any new Issues and set up process to proactive alert and fix for issues
• Mentor L1 and L2 team for any issues that they need help and guidance
• Identify any potential issues in platform and propose the fix/solution with team.
• Monitor the Changes scheduled and look for any potential impact which could be caused.
• Monitor the new Hotfix and Release of Genesys products and recommend the upgrade
• Work with Optum SMEs and Developers to identify and fix the issues identified in P1 and P2 tickets.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• 5+ years of SIP Cluster Solution experience
• 5+ years of Orchestration server experience
• 5+ years of WWE InboundOutbound experience
• 5+ years of Digital experience
• GRE and GRAT Tool experience
• Genesys Framework and Troubleshooting knowledge

• AudioCodes SBC and Hard phones
• Nice Recording Solution
• IEX WFM Integration
• Strong Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
• Multi-task in a complex production environment
