Exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Security Engineer to join a diverse and innovative team responsible for evolving and advancing our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Protection capabilities.
You will join our global Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Protection team, within Identity and Cyber Security in the Technology division. The team prepares for, protects against, and responds to Cyber Security events.
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, developing, and coaching a small team of global Senior Security Engineers
  • Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders, and providing regular updates on progress
  • Defining roadmaps and long-term goals for the team aligned to overall target state
  • Partnering closely with teams across Technology to advise, deliver and guide adoption of PAM and Protection capabilities
  • Providing hands-on technical capacity to deliver security outcomes
  • Supporting Technology teams to increase automation and uplift Cyber Security maturity
  • Collaborating with customers and Product Owners to discover and understand customer needs
  • Supporting increment planning through user story development and prioritization activities
  • Working alongside other regions to provide support, triage and respond to alerts and incidents for security systems, including CyberArk, HashiCorp and CrowdStrike


You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • A positive-attitude, highly self-motivated, and a strong desire to succeed and deliver high quality
  • Experienced engineer and technologist
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Experience in Identity Security, Protection, or similar Cyber Security domain, with exposure to security products such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp or CrowdStrike
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
  • Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues across different offices and time-zones
  • Self-managing, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
