Job Description:

Lead RPA Engineer

Enterprise Cybersecurity provides worldwide technology and support to all businesses under the Fidelity Investments umbrella. The Lead RPA Engineer will lead an onshore/offshore team of RPA engineers in the delivery of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Primary responsibilities include: working with business users to document the manual process and design the automated design flow, executes and scale to production.

The Expertise You Have

• 8+ years of IT professional work experience is required; Access Operations experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience working with users to gather requirements and provide high level design.
• 3+ years of leading/developing RPA end-to-end solutions.
• 3+ years working with RPA tools (i.e. Blue Prism preferred, Pegasystems, UiPath, etc.).
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree is required.

The Skills You Bring

• Strategic consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with defining RPA governance/standards/best practices/security needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have strong written/verbal communication, people, and client service skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle heavy multi-tasking.
• Ability to endure a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and successfully meet established service level agreements.
