Description:At Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), we solve complex challenges.
Our team in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Lead Systems Engineering Requirements to assume program responsibility for the systems development concept, requirements allocation, interface definition, systems analyses and Risk and Opportunity Management. You will ensure all pertinent risks are identified, quantified, and reviewed with Program Sr Management and supporting risk management tasks across the program to include production, development, international, and platform capture activities.

This role will include working with the program's Chief Engineers, Program Managers, Finance Leads, and other key program individuals to make sure that the program is making the right decisions with respect to management/mitigation of risks.
The role will perform the following duties:
- Support development of the overall systems concept and architecture, and development and traceability of requirements.
- Maintain and manage team updating DOORs database, Spec Tree, Traceability, RTVM status and reporting to customer
- Provide oversight and conduct systems analyses, including systems specialty analyses, and manage the systems processes, including development and implementation of the Systems Engineering Management Plan, the Systems Performance Verification Plan, and the Systems Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
- Support and host program reviews
- Regularly host and lead the ROMB meeting on program and provide status to senior LOB leadership.

You must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience in writing Risk Management (RM) plans, generating risk mitigation steps, estimating risk cost exposure, and in conducting/supporting risk management meetings.• Have an active Secret clearance. • Ability to perform requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system.• Leadership skills
Desired Skills:• Previous missiles development experience, architecture development, supplier development, and integration, test, and verification experience.• Systems tools usage, such as DOORS and Cameo/ Magic Draw• Experience with the Lockheed Martin Risk Tool and in preparing and presenting engineering review materials (PSR, MSR, TRR, CDR).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
