Job Description A Lead Low-Code Architect, having 15- 18+ years of experience in Architecting, Designing and developing scalable and high volume Low-Code applications. 5+ years experience in design and implementation of Low-Code solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Low-Code . 5+ years experience with PRPC v7.x/V8.x and/or Signavio or Unqork, preferably hands on experience on V8.X in new Pega capabilities, functionality, frameworks, products, platforms and solutions. Or its equivalent on other Low-Code products.
Prior experience as a lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs and solutions on Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x other Low-Code products
Experience in design and implementation of PRPC/Rules-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable/framework based apps enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega or other Low-Code products.
Collaborate with business users, Citizen developers, product managers, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to Suggest, Analyse architect Low-Code Solutions. Solve problems, build frameworks, guardrails platform solutions.
Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
Capable of technically guiding high performing agile teams. Project management, tracking, reporting , monitoring and control.
Responsibilities:

  • The Low-Code Tech PM is responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega /Low-code frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions.
  • Provide thought-leadership to end users/Biz Users across Line of Businesses and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
  • Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC/Low-code Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
  • Works in conjunction with Program Managers, Biz Users & Citizen developers to analyze ,size, manage scope and risk and deliver Pega/Low-code platform Level Solutions & apps
  • Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution and the tech design is in accordance with the tech standards laid out by the JPMC COE
  • Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the User bases.
  • Rapid Application Development and the ability to quickly create proof of concepts on different latest Pega/Low-code products, Solutions and frameworks, and marketplace based tech stacks
  • Understanding of architecture and design across various JPMC systems and applications
  • Performing reviews, implementation reviews, database design and architecture reviews, API design reviews, preparing and monitoring, development & QA standards for Pega/low-code platforms.
  • Help architect and build scalable, responsive and secure Pega/low-code applications , workflows Cases and frameworks
  • Follow industry best practice, Recommend improvements to existing software programs and processes as necessary, Quickly and thoroughly learn new technologies required to perform duties


Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant work experience (computer science engineering or relevant experience)
  • Experience in Architecting , Lead the Designing , developing , releasing and maintaining applications developed on Pega PRPC v7.x, V8.X. Experience in new Pega/low-code capabilities, functionality, frameworks, products platforms and solutions.
  • Analyzes, Identifies and logs enhancements/bugs for PRPC V7.X/V8.X, deep Knowledge of PRPC V7.X architecture, advanced understanding & hands on experience of successfully delivering apps on PRPC V7.X/V8.X tools Or its equivalent on other Low-Code products
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega/Low-code solutions
  • Pega LSA Certified , experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Or other Low-Code products.
  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, Python, Angular / Java / node.js, Java Spring / Spring Boot experiences, Experience with AWS / Azure
  • Experience on Relational Database management systems MS SQL, MySQL and with No-SQL DB systems is an added plus
  • Experience with latest versions of GitHub, bit bucket and/0r Jira


Working knowledge of Enterprise Interface Development, REST and JSON
