Lead Mobility Architect

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

The successful candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in mobile applications and hardware with domain knowledge of development, integration methodologies, deployment, and broad, detailed knowledge of mobile technologies and industry trends.

• Leading aligning the vision and technology roadmap for mobile solutions.
• Lead consultative client conversations to plan and architect sound mobility solutions that meet customer needs
• Directing strategy and reliability among system elements as they are advanced.
• Reviewing code, project output and ensuring compliance to industry best practices.
• Assisting the business client, customers in explaining and applying enterprise solutions on mixed mobile platforms.
• Creating the technical standards/patterns for web and hybrid enterprise mobile applications for several mobile platforms (iOS/Android/Microsoft) as well as MDM platforms (MS Intune).
• Understanding the client necessities, creating solution requirement documents and consulting with both the product development, and launching the mobility solutions.
• Providing guidance and consulting around the setup and troubleshooting applications to help mobility engineers and steady state support address bugs and functional issues.
• Ensuring suitable regularity of mobile solutions, structures, and solutions architecture across multiple projects.
• Solution architecture for products on mobile platform.
• Create technical documents like architecture views, technology architecture blueprints and design specifications.
• Provide guidance and problem solving on architecture and critical technical problems for customer issues.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or another technical discipline relevant for the healthcare IT industry or equivalent experience
• Strong intellectual curiosity in exploring and learning new technologies, technology trends, forthcoming industry standards, new products, and the latest solution development techniques; ability to leverage this knowledge to formulate technical solution strategy, build technology blueprints, and reference architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Design, Architecting and Developing Native Mobile Applications across iOS.
• At least 5 years of experience in architecting and developing native, hybrid and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to architect, design and analyze diverse enterprise solutions based on evolving requirements
• Experience in setting Mobility IT strategies and business alignment. Business unit relevant business process knowledge, as related to Mobility IT and App deployment infrastructure
• Strong macOS, Apple iOS and Android mobile device smart handsets and secure connectivity methods of these devices/systems in the enterprise
• Provide knowledge transfer and assistance as required to the Managed Services and operational teams for ongoing support.
• Good communication, logical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities, and good leadership and management skills
